With 40,000 attendees and hundreds of exhibitors at Web Summit 2021, our challenge was to cut through the noise and drive significant foot traffic to the Startup Portugal stand, ensuring that those interested in Portugal’s entrepreneurship ecosystem could easily find and engage with us.
Creative process
We embraced the digital habits ingrained during the pandemic by creating the "Sign up for Portugal" campaign. This campaign utilized familiar digital actions like "Click," "Swipe," and "Follow" to resonate with the tech-savvy audience.
The campaign successfully increased foot traffic to our stand, with a noticeable presence of international entrepreneurs, investors, and tech workers.
